36 - Crazy Watch!

This week Count Vardulon manages absolutely no segues as he and The Divemistress discuss A Perfect Getaway and G.I. Joe. Oddly taken with Channing Tatum, The Count waxes poetic on Fighting. The DM talks about her attempt to watch pretentious art house genre film Begotten, and the two ridicule the trailer for The Final Destination. The inanity is tempered by a postmortem on the John Carpenter Crazy Watch which yielded some surprising results.

The Count and the DM dissect the movie Autopsy, and the DM reviews the last film in the Carpenter canon, Ghosts of Mars. Click the picture above to find out what's got the Count all pissed off!

33 - The Holy Duality

In this episode, Count Vardulon and the Divemistress briefly talk about terribly advertised online game Evony, and complain about how Ottawa doesn't have a zoo. Getting to the point, the duo enjoy a lively discussion about John Carpenter's only sequel, Escape From LA. Inspired by having sat through all of Harper's Island, the DM announces a new masocistic undertaking of hers, watching 90s era genre television, and reviews American Gothic. Also talked about this week is the flawed yet surprisingly good movie Book of Blood, as well as how The Count is woefully out of touch with what's in theatres right now.
